Oconomowoc Christmas Parade

In addition to our Scheuer Tree Trimming party on Saturday, we also participated in the Oconomowoc Christmas Parade on behalf of St. Paul's. We had a float, which displayed the manger scene. The kids tossed candy to the crowd and we handed out flyers inviting people to our Christmas Production, Journey to Christmas. It was chilly, but sunny.

Mike Papa, the Wise Man (or as we called him, the Wise Nun:))

Coach Papa & Isaiah (Mike is Isaiah's awesome basketball coach)

Elsi & Elizabeth, the angels

Elizabeth helping Benny tie his shoe (he was having trouble because he had gloves on).

Jeff Stache, another Wise Man (we called him the Sorcerer:))

Josh, a very happy shepherd

Ben & Isaiah as shepherds

We had a great time and it was a wonderful opportunity to witness about the birth of our Savior.

Heather--visiting your blog for the first time. Awesome peek at your world outside of seeing you in the office at St. Paul's or exchanging phone calls or e-mails! These parade photos are awesome. Please, please share your photography talent for some photos for church website or Facebook page if you get a chance! God bless your week, Jody
